Job Description:

You would be the secondary contact for your clients, building long-term relationships that foster satisfaction, retention, and Work-Order sales. You would also oversee field operations of several teams and supervise Irrigation Techs, construction Managers, who works with the crew to deliver fantastic service in the field. You will train, teach, coach, and help everyone grow to the next level, we are here to help people grow vocationally, mentally, educationally, and financially.

Responsibilities:

· Client Satisfaction:

• Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
• Performing site walkthroughs with clients to ensure quality and service expectations are met.
• Facilitating the resolution of client concerns to meet & exceed their needs & expectations by anticipating their needs.

· Sales:

• Proactively presenting site enhancement ideas to your clients with renderings and painting a picture with the description.
• Generating referrals from existing clients and expanding our reach
• Developing accurate estimates for new and existing clients, maintaining acceptable gross margins that support the branch’s financial goals.

· Operations:

• Assisting in overall leadership of the Company by creating new leaders from within.
• Maintaining satisfactory accounts receivable levels
• Coordinating with the Administrators to ensure all companies are within Budget and profitable.
• Over-see day-to day field operations, hands-on, this is not a remote management position.

Qualifications:

• 3 years minimum of supervisory experience in the landscape or service industry
• Horticultural experience, irrigation experience or a business-related field or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 3 years of prior customer service, management, and leadership experience within an organization, in the landscaping industry.
• The ability to coach and develop teams.
• Be able to be present 6-days per week, minimum 10 hours per day, (negotiable)
• Be honest and hungry for personal growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Landscape Account Management: 3 years (Preferred)
• Commercial Landscape: 3 years (Preferred)
