A small, Panama City based company is looking to train a full time Account Manager and Bookkeeper to join our fun, quickly growing organization. Our ideal candidate must be detail oriented, organized, and a self- starter. The Account Manager is primarily responsible for providing support for our clients, which includes an array of administrative duties as well as data entry accounting.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Payroll – including payroll taxes and processing of quarterly payroll tax forms
  • Client Business Set Up – completing and filing required forms with IRS, state agencies, and cities/counties
  • Data entry to QuickBooks or other accounting software as needed
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable management
  • Bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Maintaining deadlines
  • Processing of sales taxes

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Strong social skills
  • Able to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Complete assigned work with minimal or no supervision
  • College Accounting a plus

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years Accounting Experience Preferred
  • Basic Knowledge of Quickbooks Required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Familiar with FaceBook, LinkedIn, Twitter and/or Hootsuite
  • Familiar with various email domains and their corresponding service packages (i.e. Google email, Drive, Voice, Calendar, etc)
  • Experience with DropBox, Cloud and other remote access points

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
