WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Calling on a specific list of advertisers and advertising agencies, responding to a high volume of requests, building out proposed schedules, prospecting for new business, handling and overcoming objections and occasional problems, and communicating constantly with agency customers, MVPD clients, and fellow teammates.

HOW YOU’LL BE CONTRIBUTING:
  • Proficient knowledge of all Ampersand Local offerings (Local TV, Streaming TV, Targeted TV, Optimized Geo)
  • Expert knowledge on Multi Screen offerings and the ability to sell Streaming TV into all levels of agencies.
  • Expert knowledge on three pillars of AND platform (Define & Find, Plan & Execute, Measure & Report)
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to agency buyers promoting Ampersand’s audience-first strategy, streaming, local sports opportunities
  • Implement strategies to consistently grow revenue and exceed goals
  • Maintain assigned accounts and develop new accounts
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with agency buyers
  • Serve as an agency consultant to define best client/market audience using M&R
  • Manage full sales cycle across the organization to achieve campaign success
  • Host client events and attend agency functions, enhancing Ampersand visibility in the local marketplace
  • Keeping up to date with industry/marketplace happenings/changes/growth (trade magazines, podcasts, webinars, seminars)
  • Work with CM to build submissions to agency buyers
  • Build strong inter-department relationships throughout Ampersand
  • Strong problem solving, presentation, and communication skills
