Fall River, MA - Our Fall River Outpatient Clinic is looking for a full-time Open Access Supervisor to join their team! This position is designed to provide our clients and families with consistent, high-quality care through an array of evidence-based, culturally competent, person-centered and family-centered treatment. The Open Access Supervisor provides direct oversight of identified Open Access employees. This position also assists clients and families with establishing a continuum of health and behavioral healthcare, ensuring open access to services and community resources, while identifying and linking clients and families with the appropriate level of care to best support their needs.

SIGN-ON BONUS: $1000 (HALF IN YOUR FIRST PAYCHECK; HALF AFTER 90 DAYS)

SCHEDULE: MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY WITH ONE LATE NIGHT (6PM)

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree level degree in Psychology or a related human services field (i.e., LSW, Bachelor’s Degree in Education with significant experience, etc.). One year of supervisory experience preferred.
Responsibilities:

  • Provide a safe, welcoming, and clean environment for our clients and families through our Open Access model
  • Oversee and provide direct supervision to Open Access staff, including assisting with the onboarding and training of all staff within the project
  • Assist with the development of policies and procedures related to Open Access and project requirements
  • Work in collaboration with team members, clients and families to implement person-centered and family-centered, recovery-oriented, evidence-based and trauma-informed care
  • Assist with pre-screenings & intakes for our scheduled and clients utilizing our walk-in center
  • Complete necessary referral, wait list & intake paperwork including releases and consent forms with the clients and families permission. Provide psycho-education to clients and families regarding their rights and responsibilities
  • Utilize evidence-based interventions, including motivational interviewing skills to empower clients and families with improving their overall health and wellness
  • Engage in effective coordination of care across health and behavioral health services to facilitate wellness and recovery of the whole person
  • Assist with data entry expectations within Open Access
  • Maintain case record expectations as required by the agency, the CCBHC, funding sources, and accreditation authorities
