Position Title: Class A CDL Driver -2nd Shift

Department: Transportation

Reports to: Accounting Manager

Founded in 2019 with the acquisition of 14 trucks and a 100,000 square foot warehouse, we experienced significant growth in 2020 and 2021. The newly founded Maximus Group, headquartered in Lafayette IN, now provides solutions across our sourcing, transportation, fulfillment, and manufacturing and assembly capabilities. We now have 350,000 square feet of manufacturing and fulfillment facilities, along with 45 trucks and 200 trailers.

Position Responsibilities:

• Drive allocated freight from Lafayette, IN to Cincinnati, OH and back M-F during the 2nd shift.

Provided Benefits:

• $.60/mile and $30/day 2nd shift bonus.
• Sign-on bonus for 1st load and quarterly installments over the 1st year of employment
• Paid training/orientation $125/day for 2 days.

Required Education and Experience:

• Class A CDL certification/license.

• No DUIs or failures of drug screens within the past 5 years
• No more than 3 minor moving violations within the past 3 years
• Must have a Class A CDL
• Must be at least 21 years old

Physical Requirements – What this position requires:

• Prolonged periods of sitting in a truck.
• Must be able to handle freight as necessary.
