SSSD has an opening for an Associate Sales Technical to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Redondo Beach, California.

What You’ll Get to Do:

The Associate Sales Technical will be responsible for selling technical products, services, installations, and configurations to assigned customer for specific technical product and/or application of product.

Provide technical interface between customer and company engineering, manufacturing and program management representatives. Research customer technical specifications and requirements with current or potential technical specifications of company products. Prepare and conduct technical sales briefings for customer and company representatives. Develop potential technical specifications, pricing considerations and contract requirements. Prepare sales forecasts. Investigate new applications or improvements to products with customers.

Basic Qualifications:
A candidate, regardless of age and hiring source, must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:
  • Be completing or has completed their Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Be majoring in or having majored in any STEM, Business, or Communications degree,
  • Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or higher (unofficial academic transcripts must be provided at time of application by uploading the documents to your application or profile)
  • Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.7 out of 4.0 or higher
  • Good presentation and writing/communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, willing to learn, and interested in working in a team environment.

Pay Range: $63,800 - $95,800
