Northrop Grumman is seeking an Associate Property/Asset Management Analyst or Property/Asset Management Analyst. This position will be located at our Space Systems Sector in Roy, UT or Huntsville, AL.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Oversee, manage and analyze activities associated with asset business systems to ensure company, customer and US Government property located on site and at subcontractors are managed in accordance with applicable regulations and policies to achieve best value and operational excellence. Maintains property accountability records and determines condition and arranges disposal of surplus or obsolete material or equipment. Conduct internal and external property assessments and analyze results for financial and operational purposes; provide guidance on contracts and regulations pertaining to property life-cycle management; develop, recommend, and implement property management policy; and prepare periodic and special purpose reports relative to matters such as taxes, leasing, insurance, facility usage, etc.
Basic Qualifications:
This requisition may be filled at either a level 1 or a level 2.
Basic qualifications for a level 1 is a Bachelor’s Degree.
Basic qualifications for a level 2 is a Master’s Degree.
A candidate must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:
Be completing or has completed their degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD) from an accredited institution
Be majoring in or having majored in a business management degree or related field
Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher (unofficial academic transcripts must be provided at time of application by uploading the documents to your application or profile)
Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)
Preferred Qualifications:
Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.70/4.0 or higher
Salary Range (Roy, UT):
Level 1: $45,000.00 - $66,400.00
Level 2: $53,500.00 - $80,300.00
Salary Range (Huntsville, AL):
Level 1: $ 46,600.00 - $ 69,800.00
Level 2: $56,300.00 - $84,500.00
