Job description
Flex officers are exactly that. We are seeking individuals who can committ to 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift and be flexible within the week to cover available shifts.
- Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
- Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
- Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
- Address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
- Report any facility issues
- Request emergency personnel for high risk situations

$20 an hour: WHAT YOU MUST HAVE: VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE, CURRENT or RENEWABLE (less than 5 years past expiration date) WI Security License, Must have own vehicle, Must be available 1st, 2nd, 3rd shift AND Weekends.
Minimum Requirements:
- Current Driver's License and clean driving record
- MUST have reliable transportation (we reimburse mileage!)
- Must have valid WI State Security Officer License
- Pass background check
- Must pass on-site drug test at time of hire
- Must be 18 years of age or older
